Is there a way to download '.GMA' files manually, when Garry's mod can't download them via Steam Workshop? It's pretty annoying that GMOD tries to download 66 addons everytime I start the game. I've checked and the addons are still on the workshop, but I don't think they are updated to GMOD 13 and therefor not working. I've been trying to download CBBE through MO2 for days now, and every time I get to around 85% my network times out and I lose the download. (I don't have the fastest of Internet) So I'm wondering if it's possible to, say, download CBBE manually, then drag and drop it into MO2 to install? (I'm doubting it, but worth a shot. Lol).

This post might be confusing some people as the title is inaccurate, the title should be "Manually Downloading Mods", not "Installing Modpacks Manually".
